Very nice. If it were all silver I'd be asking you where your A.D. is located. I'm surprised the Daytona is doing as well as other Rolex watches. I'd been leaning towards the GMT with the black bezel, but the Daytona looks so good.

If that watch was “all silver” it would cost considerably more.

It’s only the TT (two tone) Daytona’s that can be had for MSRP.

You can find these watches everywhere, the problem is that you have pay WAY over MSRP to actually secure a piece.

Lots of inventory on Chrono24 but you’ll have to cut a big check if you want one.

I'm surprised that was out in the case, they are over 20k on the gray market. If it's still available grab it and I'll pay a few grand over on it :D.

Yeah, I was asking for an allocation for a panda and he went in the back and brought it out for me to try on.

My AD doesn’t play any games. Just get “on the list” and wait your turn.

I tried to jump the line by buying multiple watches from him and he wouldn’t budge.

Actually refreshing that he always sells at MSRP and doesn’t play games with allocations.

I have the Sky Hawk Titanium, it’s my DD for several years now. Great watch, my only issue is changing time zones, the manual is daunting.

Yes it is a PIA to change time zones. It is hit and miss sometimes. I like its dead on accuracy though. Thanks.

I am surprised to hear this. I had an original Navihawk (circa 1997) (and when I was still globetrotting). Changing time zones was the greatest thing about it; toggle to your destination time zone on the digital display and then press diagonal pushers to swap with the hands. It was the coolest thing watching the hands race around to the new time zone.

Yes but it is probably because I forget how to do that each time as I don't travel often where it is required. Once I hit the pattern (ie remember it) , yes the hands just switch hour position and its good to go. My problem is trying to remember the combination.

Not sure Rolex makes an "all silver" watch. Stainless, yes; but silver, no.

Responded in a rush, stainless is what I meant. Makes sense that there would be less demand for the two-tone, assuming it might be less desirable to buyers.

I bought an Apple Watch. I tried to like it, I really did. Uh, NO! Now I only use it as a heart monitor when I’m walking for which I could have bought a $39 FitBit and saved a bunch of $.

Saw one a few years ago, all yellow, black mother of pearl diamond dial, gold crystal subdials. The meteorite and mother of pearl dials are all different since they are natural. The black MOP on the one I saw was so deep purple, I think it was the most handsome watch I have ever seen.
