I'm thinking about trading in my 2021 c8 for a 2004 red on tan 360 Ferrari Spyder with 25000 km.

149k less 115k trade in for the vette (Canadian dollars)
What do you guys think about the 360? I'm looking for something that will hold its value better than the c8 over the next 5 years..

    is the 360 a 6 speed or F1?
IMO the Ferrari will hold value better than a C8 Vette, and I'm a HUGE Corvette fan....
I literally just bought a 360 6 speed last week and feel it will do well in the future.
150K for a 360 with an F1 and 25000 seems really high IMO. Cautious with your deal.

Please spell the name correctly. It's a Ferrari 360 Spider.

The 360 seems to have bottomed out about two years ago and has appreciated significantly in the last two years. So you may be getting in at the top of the market, only to see a slide in later years or you may be at the bottom of an ascending curve. Only time will tell.

The 360 is not an investment. Consider it an asset that requires significant upkeep, significantly more than a C8 or any other Corvette. Depending on how you go about it (DIY or pro), the 360 could potentially cost you way more in maintenance than the depreciation on that C8. Something to consider.

thanks ..oh I just bought a Lamborghini Spyder so mixed them up. Ya I've been reading about maintenance costs...could very well outpace depreciation of C8. :)

no edit button??? Why? It's just going to create more clutter like me posting my edit in a separate reply...

The 150k is in Canadian dollars so about 120k..I'd come in at 145 Cad so about 115 USD.
