As far as I’m concerned u got suspended many times and u didn’t display any knowledge at all recently on The ham thread… u barely watch the races and still think Gilles is the goat he may well be Never seen someone with more hate than u on this site whether it’s Fernando, him who isn’t my friend. U like to hate but the sport not so much. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
In this case track position trumped fresher tyres. It doesn't always work that way but thankfully, today it did.
The best for me it's to see how well Ferrari has been developing the chassis and engine, Maybe Binotto needed time, and he's not so bad after all. But they must solve the pitsop problems, they've screwd up 3 or 4 times this year, enough is enough.
From where Ferrari started the year to where they are now, they're making BIG steps every update. Very encouraging.
How is it a very ballsy move when RB did exactly the same thing and boxed, did it look like their tyres were finished at the end, clearly not!
Look at the data, and Lewis' position at the time. He couldn't do an undercut, as he'd still be behind Max.
For sure it was a big gamble, pitting that soon. It worked because Max had clean air and . . . . he's Max.
Not sure about goats, i guess you're the expert on the subject but if we speak about the most talented driver ever to sat on an f.1 car, it was Gilles hands dow, and by a very long margin....
I sorta doubt it. On the same note (crying), have you reviewed your "selfies" (specifically, your posts) from the past few years? I didn't hear the sky guys slinging any mud at Max or Red Bull. Just a random thought.
At least bas is a true fan, knows it all about f1. I don’t see any analysis from u. Ever w except x,y,z is crap. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
So you don't think Hamilton would have made up that time in the space of a lap Yes, at least go for it FFS!
What like the 9 seconds he ended up behind him? Their computer was clearly wrong as Hamilton was nowhere near as fast relative to Max as they predicted.
I'm glad our car looks faster than the Macs because now they have both drivers on form and Ricci and Norris are a great pair...
Really? He (Lewis) did close to within 1.1 second. That was fun actually. It's what racing is all about.
well, if you take a little look at the Data you see that no, Lewis did not make that difference up. Not even when he pitted later when he did, and had a lighter car as a result... So...you're saying Lewis should've given up track position and pitted earlier than lap 10 like Max did? Thus arguing against your own point? There was no undercut to be had yet for Lewis at the 2nd stops.
He was, but computers can't predict everything, Max probably managed to preserve a bit more the tyres that they anticipated, and perhaps Elton's tires fell a bit faster because he had to push hard to close the gap.
