There are 4 manual GTB’s moved privately in the last month. RMCmiami 2.7 Euro Car w. 7k mi asking $189k. Ivan Rico’s 95 black/tan 14k mi car also with $189k ask. Issimi 2.7 Euro car w/ 20k mi $150k, which sold for full price in 1 day, which probably indicates underpriced. I’ve also been made aware of a 4k mi 95 red/tan GTB, which likely sold between $180-190k. All 95 Berlinettas. You tell me .
I have a question about seats, but it is related to the F355 market. This spider has some interesting seats. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1999-ferrari-f355-9/ He says these are OEM seats. But I have never seen such seats as an OEM version, have you guys? The seller says* “Stitching is OEM or at least not something touched by me and has an OEM patina. It does not have any aftermarket seat covering thats for sure as the patina of the leather, feel, touch etc matches all the interior pieces.” Just curious. The car has had 10 owners, so I suspect along the way someone upgraded the seats. But maybe these were an OEM option? Image Unavailable, Please Login
Well this should make @ShineKen happy. "Raise my bid by$3k? FU, I raise another $22k." Image Unavailable, Please Login
I think mine is the rarest... Lol.. RHD Manual GTS blu swaters... Probably less than 5 made. Sent from my ELE-L29 using Tapatalk
… And there you have it folks. Highest bid for a 355 on BAT ever (BAT >Pcar). A 95 MY to top it off. AND it’s a car I personally picked to buy a decade ago. My batting avg. is higher than Nostradamus’ I have one more prediction left… https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1997-porsche-911-turbo-33/
The number is still shrinking of available cars on the market. There's been almost zero rare spec ones that have come up in the past 6 months. Anything special is being held on to it seems. That RHD one in the UK was probably the coolest one I've seen in a long time come up.
Really nice GTS F1: 1998 MY 38,871km 90,000 EUR / $105,000 USD Black Interior with Red deviated stitching Red carpet Carbon bucket seats I see cross drilled rotors...is that indicative of FHP car? Sorry forgot to put that in there. http://www.autoscout24.be/offres/-b594b5c5-9333-4a72-92df-b2d8fc41d026
I should’ve bought this car (pics attached) recently on the UK auction block. I missed it. If equipped with FHP (unfortunately only reserved for 98-99 non U.S select cars from factory) would be the ultimate street F355 in my opinion. ^^^^^ that is a gorgeous example. Just need steering wheel on left side. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Not only the steering wheel, but if the seats were 1 color, I am not sure if I like the color change on the inserts. Love the color of the exterior.
I hear you. Perhaps odd-looking, but having seen as many 355’s as I have, I welcome anything unique, but tolerable. Car has dark blue carpets and dark blue alcantara seat inserts to match exterior theme of the car. Tan with blue accents is extremely rare in the automotive world. Nearly every combination has been tried, so if you have something actually different from the norm, yet still manages to look decent, I think that’s pretty cool. Especially, from 1995. I would like to have seen blue contrast stitching ala Cornes Edition 355’s . This has got to be a 1 of 1 spec.
Do you think it was ordered this way? The leather does look original, but perhaps he had them redone at some point.
