    Hamilton's engine must have been tuned down in prior races? Grid penalties, though, may not make it matter so much.

    Anything can still happen. And penalty not received yet.

    Though for things like this the usual penalty is back of the grid. Needs a new rear wing as well now presumably unless the drs can be adjusted.

    I think an exclusion from qualifying will put this one in the books. Trailing by 19-pts already has the door mostly closed. Trailing by 44 points with 3 races left would shut it.
