I would think that if Audi / VW bought McLaren - there would be a major announcement and there would have been leaks pre deal.... not that its not a good idea, it just seemed too out of no where for me to believe.
Given there was NOTHING in the Gulf area news like UAE or Bahrain itself, no surprise at all. VW group is NOT looking to buy an entire team at all.
