I am sure they loved the touchpads on the steering wheel the most. If they loved it, great for them. I am a client and I think this looks awful. I also think the Monza is beautiful.

i just threw up in my mouth.

I've loved the P4 for more decades than many here have been alive ... but this thing is an abomination.

Deeply "chiseled" side/door area is COMPLETELY out-of-place with the obvious attempts to add bulbous curves (also WAY out of proportion).

How many different design languages was Ferrari trying to incorporate?

I didn't think it was possible ... but the P72 looks even MORE gorgeous now.

The slab-sided skins were visible on the camo’d test cars—so they weren’t really very much camo’d—but I thought this was just an added panel to hide the real shape of the intake and lower door vent. Who knew it was the actual shape!

Also, the P4 type louvres on the engine cover were noticeable but, again, cognitive dissonance was not expecting the rear view to be blocked, LOL.

The least we can say is that it’s pretty original and unexpected! Though all those stakes are just too ‘80s and too messy.

We know. There’s already a 43 page thread devoted to it. Why’d you make a new one ??

It’s spectacular, not a copy cat but an original design interpretation of a 60’s prototype that won Daytona with a 1st, 2nd and 3rd! New cars always take time to absorb and appreciate when they are a cutting edge design. I have several friends who have seen it in person and they thought it was breathtaking.

It's amazing. I might say the most daring of all Ferrari road cars.

This seems to be an unpopular opinion here, but I am a fan. It's not nearly as beautiful as the Monza, but in my opinion it gives off huge prototype vibes, just the way it was supposed to be. Will need some time to get used to its exterior, the interior is super stunning though

While this may be considered a missed opportunity by some. NOTHING is worse than the new Countach. I’ll take a lot of misguided effort that didn’t quite land over no effort at all every time.

Ferrari will build 599 examples – 100 more units than the Monza duo – priced at €2 million (£1.68m) including taxes. Priority will go to owners of the SP1 and SP2, with deliveries getting underway in late 2022, and unlike those two speedster models – which are not road legal in certain regions due to the lack of a windscreen – Ferrari says the SP3 is street-legal everywhere.

I was breathless too ... because of the vomit in my mouth.

I'm still counting how many very different, and very incompatible, design languages Ferrari was desperately trying to incorporate ...

Not sure why it’s such a controversial deign. I love it

All I can say is that if anyone who has been offered one finds it ugly and doesn’t want theirs I’d be happy to take it off their hands!

I saw the car early this week. It is absolutely incredible and in my opinion even better looking than the Monza. It is interesting to read the usual Fchat reaction here (at least no one has called it a Corvette yet), but I think this is an all-time great. I expected more performance-wise but I guess they didn’t want to challenge the LaF in any way

I really like it, except for the rear which is far too busy for my tastes. I will bet in person the car is spectacular. But that rear.....sometimes the most elegant designs is when a designer eliminates elements and learns to say no.
