Are you being serious? You think cars can be sold these days and the wing mirrors are not visible? Don't tell me you one of these people in the USA that needs to read "objects in mirror are closer than they appear" every time you get in a car? ( Just messing with you buddy) :)

It's a chaotic mess. Too many design elements, too many design styles, too many design languages.

I'm guessing that many who absolutely LOVE it, will add a variety of clashing colors to the exterior and interior as well :(

    Some comments from me.
    1. It looks Ferrari (even without a budge on the bonnet, someone will recognize it as a Ferrari).
2.It looks futuristic but also with strong clues of racers of the past.
    3. It looks special in a diferrent way than LF.
    4. It doesn't continue the same path with SP1, SP2 (evolution of racing cars rather than ''nostalgia'' of old models) and that's good news for owners of the first icona.
    5. It brings new aero and mechanical features and not just diferrent panels on an old chassis.
    6. It will have huge presence on the road.
    7. It looks amazing in bianco.

Of course everyone has his own taste but I think as an ''icona'' model is a successful design.

I think color choice matters. The Bianco car shows sharper more distinct lines. I’ll admit the Bianco car presents much better to me. The magma car looks like a big blob. Choose your colors wisely gentlemen :).

Look at this car side by side with the Batista and tell me Ferrari is better off without pininfarina.

it's good that it is polarizing... some people for sure will love it.... personally, I think it is a hot mess of half-baked styling cues.... the front head on view looks menacing and sporty to me... everything else... someone was taking a p*ss ... reminds me of the MacBook Pro meme on YouTube... "apple designer removing ports from MacBook" see video :

    :)

    summary:
    1. I couldn't afford it = I am not their market
    2. its definitely taking some risks in the design (good thing)
    3. has some nice angles or parts... but together... doesn't work... (cont)...
    4. feel it is really half baked... this car could have been massaged a bit into something truly spectacular and timeless.
    5. is this the same company that made a 288 GTO, F40 and LaFerrari ?

ps: again... I am sure many will love it. but if it didnt have the ferrari badge...

I guess you have to bow to the Ferrari each time you enter, something with to do with it being blessed by the Vatican?

Thx, it's more about the triangle window, that's some crazy design and you have to line up just right to see through it ?

When the p4/5 Pininfarina was shown to the public, it was as far as I recall almost unanimously positively received as a great modern interpretation whilst building upon the magnificent design of the Enzo without losing anything from the base car. They sit beautifully alone or next to each other. The p4/5 immediately looks stunning, combining elegance and (then) futurism.

This interpretation of much of the same DNA is a complete mess by comparison, which is a disappointment considering how well they managed to deliver the Monza without going off the rails.

Even as a design exercise it should sit well with the eye, not provoke and cause skepticism towards if it actually is a beautiful car or not. The overall proportions are well executed and the body shell is beautiful, however the front as I have commented is an absolute mess and quite a surprise that this is what Ferrari leadership has settled on being the best result - considering how important the front end of the car is towards its total perception and attitude. The “pushbar” protruding from the bonnet apex, LED strips distracting the eye, headlights with no personality or sense of masculinity/femininity gives the car an alienated attitude. Ferrari has shown that they can build cars with small/no headlights that still look very good (FXX K, P80) Wonder what alternatives there were on the drawing board.

Enzo is one of the most clear, authentic and wonderful design studies to ever hit the road. A skilled designers vision made real.. It's a thing of true beauty and talent.
