The thing is Steve,it wasn't actively for sale.
Marc was asked by two people I believe,one in NSW and a bloke I won't deal with in Qld if he knew of anything for sale,in a particular price range I suspect.
Marc told them,an extra $10k for the Qld bloke!,and I get a call from Marc asking what my bank details are and the ask price was the paid amount..done! (there is a little more re the story but you'd have to open a bottle of scotch for the rest!)

In hindsight I’m sorry I put Horse back on pure road tyres, I know I’m going to enjoy the extra margin of grip R rated tyres give.

Plus these are said to be much better in the wet than R888’s.

Yes, standing water will be treated with extreme caution.

Most of the roads it will go on are heavily cambered so not such an issue.
