    I agree, although my interest in car design doesn't go much newer than the early 1990s. The cars that really get me weak-kneed are usually vintage or classic, because you could identify them without seeing a badge - what else could a 365 GTB/4 be but a Ferrari? Now I pull into the Porsche dealer and there's a row of SUVs that all look nice enough but are sort of part of the scenery. Only a green GT2 snaps me back to attention.

    They have to be similar because of the requirements of aerodynamic design that all the manufacturers adhere to.
