    I'm looking for my Mondial 8 (1981) schematic for the engine harness connectors (the 2 connectors at the diagnostic plug) as I'm doing an engine swap.

    My mondial is long sold so cannot look under the bonnet.
    Steve Magnusson on here is the man you need to ask, i think he has a mondial engine as a coffee table

    Unfortunately, I can't help you with this as I don't have a copy of the Mondial 8 wiring diagram book(s). Maranello Concessionaires shows that they have this available (and you are on their side of the Atlantic):

    My guess is that this is specifically for 1981, and later, euro/standard version Mondial 8 (as they tended to write "US VERSION" on the cover and title page for the US version manuals, and write nothing about version on the cover and title page for the euro/standard version manuals in that era), but could still be fairly useful if you have a US version Mondial 8 chassis you are working with. In any case, they are the best people to contact to see if they have, or can get, the proper wiring diagram for your exact year/version Mondial 8 chassis. Good luck with project -- a restomod Mondial 8 -- we like!

    Is the Ferrari 348 engine harness color code the same as the Ferrari mondial and multiple models color codes?


    1994 model 348 connector 115.

    White: starter signal wires (there may be two of these, but they join together past the connector).
    Yellow/green: to alternator
    Red: to alternator (plug-in terminal.)
    Green/white: to speedo sensor
    Red/white: to speedo sensor
    Grey/white: to sender for water temperature light
    Grey: to sender for water temperature gauge
    Grey/black: to sender for oil pressure gauge
    Grey/yellow: to sender for oil pressure light
    Green/black: to A/C compressor clutch
