Probably won’t happen but poetic justice would be Max taking out HAM at the first opportunity as HAM’s hero did to Prost in 1990. Maybe then HAM will even dedicate his helmet to Max at next year’s Dutch GP! Alternatively, Max could just do a “HAM at Silverstone 2021”, get a 5 or 10 second penalty and cruise around to secure the WDC. But then the FIA will just disqualify him or find another way to secure HAM’s championship.
This perhaps will be one of the most entertaining races in the Turbo-Hybrid era. Redesigned track, ready for fireworks. The bickering between both camps is already unbearable, this race can’t come quick enough.
No the end of this cant come quick enough, then able to focus-up for next year and the new cars!! Will Ferrari actually be upfront and compete????????? For this race - just something competitive and intriguing without a needless drama sequel to all the others lol
has a season ever ended tied and decided on count back? Yeah, let's move on to 2022 and get Ferrari up there!
Let’s hope. No more excuses. No drama, just a Max championship, LOL. He deserves it and would have had this wrapped up if not for getting taken out twice by the bad guys and once by Pirelli
Don’t think there will be a battle between the two. The rejuvenated Mercedes is absolutely not a match for the RB16B. Don’t dream because you will be disappointed..
If Ham gets punted out, FIA could FQ Max at LAS and Max would still be WDC by winning more races this year than Ham (with the same final points count)
Yes, but they may do what they did to Schumacher and disqualify him for the whole season, effectively rendering him pointless. Not hard to imagine they could do this at Toto’s urging.
They’ll probably sacrifice another of Bottas’ engines and do a tear-down to check the state of the components. So what if Bottas gets another 5-place penalty.
So last year this race was dominated by RB. The track has been changed since then, so who does it favor now? Horner says he doesn't know. I look at the circuit and it has straights that may favor MB, but a lot of corners that look suited to RB. Hmmm...
I like your way of thinking, but seriously I think Bottas knows this is the last time in his life he has a chance for a podium so he'll go flat out. Heck he might even ignore team orders from Totolidiot.
