I prefer the STEBRO, had a Tubi on mine and took it off, way too loud and it resonated too much giving me a headache after driving the car for an hour. my 2 cents. Also had a QUICKSILVER and it too resonated, off it came.

You could try EBAY and here is the link to their site www.tubistyleusa.com/

Last time I check this company sells them, try contacting them and see if they still sells them.
They also have a video clip you can listen to for your 348.

Just get a fabspeed race cat, and leave the muffler stock. You will get more growl without the ressonance. The louder aftermarket sound gets old very quickly, and drowns out the mechanical thrash that is why the engines sound so interesting.

I have a Tubi and a Larini test pipe, for the better part of 2 decades, I have not looked back, its the best period correct after market set up, in my estimation .

    Thank you

I had a Larini exhaust, and the resonannce at key around town speeds was terrible. Light weight, beautiful to look at, and epic sound at high rpm. But seriously not enjoyable for day to day driving.

But I get that sound is a subjective thing. And they look great.

My exhaust is Tubi, with a Larini pipe, at low rpms, very nice mellow throaty sound, and it goes up from there .

    Thank you

Ordered a tubi for my 1989 328 from ferr parts in late august and it was delivered about a month later. Easy, they are an authorized dealer. https://ferrparts.com

It would be great to hear that combo of the Tubi and Larini pipe. Do you have any videos?

I endet up getting a Stebro with a true pipe
It is a bit to loud for me so I will go back to the original muffler with the true pipe and sell the Stebro

I have a 85 US QV GTS with a Tubi and resonate test pipe bought $189 from Ebay. I showed this on here before but here it is again. Did not run beyond 6000 rpm. It sounds even better if you red line it.

I realized that my post wasn't clear, by "standard muffler" I meant the Tubi standard muffler, not the louder Race version.

I have the non - loud version. It's not that loud at idling no more than the OEM muffler. Here's a picture of resonate test pipe.
