happy to read you here. I visited this exhibition in July 1989. at the same time as you ?? then at the end of the visit, we could take a ride in a Ferrari 330 GTC .. just in the parking lot in front .. do you remember? and I did this tour .. Image Unavailable, Please Login
you are sure it is a 330 GTC? with double headlights? I always thaugt only the 330GT serie 1 had double headlights
Interesting to see a record of a very distant time, as the museum is now closed, sadly enough. To my knowledge, there had been one - or more - Dinos as well. One can be seen in some of the pictures above and looks (not very distinctly) a 246GT. I believe there had been a 206GT as well, which at that point was red and had a licence plate in the Alpes Maritimes (06).
So - are you saying that when Peter Grootswagers took those pictures in 1989, they had 15667 (according to the exhibit list) registration "898 AR 2B" by 1992, but in later years they replaced it with 13212 (but transferred the registration)? Or are you saying that the 1989 info was wrong, and they've had 13213 from the late 80s all the way through...?
The 512S yellow showcar with opening roof was there as well, visited the day after the 1986 Monaco Grand Prix.
Correct cf my Cavallino issues 99 and 101 two part article on the 3 1969 312P's, one of my most thorough.
In Brussels decades ago. Last 27 years in the same family in France. Marcel Massini Image Unavailable, Please Login
This is a 330 GT 2+2, 6993. May I use the picture in the registry? BTW, 6993 has now been rebodied as a California LWB replica, or at least that replica has the 330 6993 engine in it.
I’m just saying the red car with small stripe on hood I saw in 1992 in Mougins Museum was stamped 13211. I must have a pic somewhere...
