Hi guys, Does anyone know if the orange part of buttons (the ones that say "Press") in the male part of the seatbelt buckle are decals originally from factory? Oddly, my front seatbelts have them, but back ones do not; they are just black in that section. I wonder if anyone solved this issue with aftermarket decals, if these are available to source, etc. This is for '87 3.2 cab. Thank you, Mike.
I only know that the rear seatbelts really differ on the Mondial per model and even year. Mondial 8 had different buttons then the front with with printing (Press) Mondial 3.2 has 4 of the same and no printing. Majority of the Mondial 3.2 cab has different than the coupe and blank prints with the button on the sides whereas the coupe has the button on the top. The Mondial T has black and red buttons with and without printing. Also in those days it was a bit like what do we have on the shelf and install it. this 3.2 Cabriolet has "Press" printed on all four. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I believe search on internet for,, Klippen or Klippan BMW seat belts. I have seen some for sale. good luck, Eduardo 1981 Mondial 8 , euro spec.
