    Gang,

Selling my gorgeous, heavily optioned Grigio Titanio/Blu Scuro GATED 6-Speed 360 Spider. Blue top. Only 22.9k miles. Here is the ebay ad:

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/165239445752?hash=item267909d8f8:g:ZR0AAOSwwf9hsp-Q

All books and records including original yellow Factory window sticker listing all the options:

    (1) Challenge Grill
    (2) Tubi exhaust
    (3) Factory fender shields
    (4) Power/Daytona-style seats (w/contrast stitching)
    (5) brand new Kuhmo tires
    (6) original OEM Becker head unit
    (7) Factory color-coded brake calipers
    (8) Front "challenge style" air intakes
    (9) Factory color-coded dash leather and roll-over bar
    (10) Factory color-coded steering wheel
    (11) Factory leather rear shelf/door moulding
    (12) upgraded Ferrari factory stereo w/custom sub woofers and tweeters
    (13) Custom Prancing Horse floor mats
    (14) Full OEM tool kit- all books and manuals
    (15) OEM silk car cover
    (16) Clear bra
    (17) upgraded ECU from AV Engineering (more torque/responsiveness)

This is the rare and highly desirable late-model (2003) gated 360 Spider. Gorgeous color combo in Grigio Titanio/Blu Scuro. Over $10k in recent receipts. Fast becoming a collectible with prices soaring now. Late model ('03 and later) Gated 6-speed 360 Spiders are considered the best of the series given they are more sorted, have better ECUs, and fewer electrical gremlins than the earlier models.

This is the modern Ferrari to own and enjoy. So much more reliable and less maintenance-heavy than older Ferraris (355s, 348s) while much prettier and easier to live with than many recent Ferrari models. The gated 360 Spiders have become modern classics. Incredible sports car for the money.

Runs strong and sounds incredible with the Tubi exhaust. No smoke, rattles or leaks. Original paint in excellent condition. No CELs. Very tight. Fresh annual service with all new fluids and a new set of Kuhmo tires make this 360 handle like a go cart.

I'm a private owner and have owned several Ferraris in the past (355 Spider, 308s, etc), not a dealer or speculator. Priced right for this market and for the discerning Ferrari enthusiast that knows what gated 6speed manuals 360s are all about and wants a clean, gated Spider for their collection. Drive and enjoy this modern classic responsibly and it's basically impossible to lose money on it. Serious inquiries only please. I have all the service records. As to carfax, I don't think it's accurate. The car has no accident history on AutoCheck or anywhere else and there is nothing in the records. Also, it says it was 10 years ago and just popped recently so that's suspicious since typically accidents show up right away, not a decade later.

Finally, when I PPI'd the vehicle at a very reputable Ferrari specialist the tech could find no evidence of any body work, etc, in the area where the alleged incident occured, which per carfax was a light fender bender in passenger rear corner.

If it has an accident on carfax unfortunately its an accident car, there is nothing you can do about it except try to contact carfax and see what happened- Carfax is always doing research and some accidents from years ago can all of a sudden show up. Whatever it is, if its on carfax your car will take a hit whether you like it or not...and thats a sad unfortunate fact

I have the PPI report from when I purchased the vehicle but it's not going to be that helpful because I have since addressed most of the minor issues that they found in the PPI. As I said in the ad, I've put $10k+ into the vehicle since then - new tires, new battery, annual service, replacing faulty relays, fixing loose capote bracket, fixing some bad contact points that were throwing a CEL, having ECUs relfashed and upgraded, etc.

Is this car in Sarasota by chance? If not, I've seen your twin car around town here a time or two. Beautiful car and +1 for being gated!

I’m starting to wonder if the BAT auction has its own values. Is it a larger audience than eBay? Does it infer some sort of credibility to a car that makes buyers more comfortable? You are realistic about your cars value on eBay. Maybe it’s the time of year and maybe it will sell yet or after auction. Please keep us updated.

It was in Sarasota until last May, so perhaps this is the vehicle you remember seeing. It's now in California.

really, with an accident on carfax? Highly doubt that, i sell on bat and when you have an accident car it gets hammered in the comments..BaT is a good venue to sell a very clean accident free trouble free car (assuming you're very transparent and provide recent ppi and so on)

Also bat uses carfax which everyone wants , ebay shows only Auto check which misses stuff, so its up to the seller on sites like ebay to mention it has an accident on carfax so a buyer doesn't just look at autocheck and assume no accidents..

Yeah I still stand by that.......people on BaT are crazy when it comes to bidding on cars. Not to mention that half the people dont even read the comments, they just click away. Tarek I follow your BaT auctions (pcars mostly) on Bat....you sell nice stuff!

Ive bought about 5 cars on Bat.
Bought 4 well and maybe overpaid for my RS America.....ugh
