Not sure what year you have now, but if 83-85, the answer is no. The california base is much smaller than the factory flag mirrors used on USA cars. The previous owner of my car had put california's on the doors, and it looked really stupid with an exposed unused hole! I used Vitaloni Baby Turbo's, as it closely resembles the Euro mirrors used on the 83-85, and I had to machine a fairly complex adapter to match the factory holes in the door to the mounting holes on the mirror.

A set of bases can be made. However, cannot guarantee they will fit correctly. Quality control on the California mirrors is not very good. The stem profile and position of hex overmold insert can differ from side to side ~2mm. CAD models of each base need to be adjusted to match the individual stems before printing. Not difficult, just time consuming. The stem hex inserts will need to be drilled/tapped for M5 bolts. Currently I don't have facilities for finishing the base parts, sand/prime/paint - you would need to take care of this yourself.

From the pics you can see the deviation between right and left mirror stems. The CAD pic shows how the mirrors are secured to the bases.

I want to do the same with my US 89 328 but with the Lambo Vitaloni's. I'm just not sure about the holes aligning up. I've seen a few 328's with US turn signals and bumpers but with the large Vitaloni's and euro license plates. Also, the US and Euro mirrors were attached from factory in different positions, slightly.
