    Over the years there have been A LOT of frauds and scams on Mobile.de. it's not Mobile.de doing it, but it's a big marketplace and of course criminals and shysters will use it.

    It's extremely naive to think that it's safe because it is large or serious. It's no safer than Craigslist if you ask me. Can you use it? Of course. Are there lots of good and honest deals there? Yes there is. There are also many snakes lying in wait looking for the perfect victim.

    I agree. There are frauds everywhere.
    However, as said before, they sit in front of the the screen, not behind.
    The Mods of such a platform can only do their best to filter them out.
    As a user one is obliged to be careful and to check who to be going to deal with.
