Well here is my spec. Putting the deposit down next week. Car will be 2 years out and works out perfectly as we just took delivery of our Roma as a stablemate to the Pista. Haven't seen the car in person yet, the design is growing on me and I figure it won't hurt to at least save my spot on the car. I can always switch the deposit to a different car if they announce anything like an 812 replacement (hoping). Total MSRP came out to $450k usd. Call it out if you all think I'm missing something.

The wheels will be painted in matte black and the seat inner detail will be in Giallo. Their configurator didn't have it available yet.

Gorgeous build. Front but no rear parking sensors?

You’ve got all the carbon bits so may as well keep it complete. But I’ve been questioning the dash trim carbon myself. Seems like it’s just the bits to the sides of the passenger screen? Feels like a very small surface area for the cost where the piano black matches better and matches the haptic control areas. Anyone know if it includes other pieces on the dash?

PAR2 is actually front and rear sensors on the pricing sheet. Don't know why the spec sheet only states front sensors.
I too am on the fence on the dash trim in carbon. Plenty of time to change it out. Dealer told me the configurator is not really complete yet. Passenger display is still not on the configurator or price list yet as well.

Absolutely amazing build! It has all the options that I would want in a car and more! I think you will be very happy!

We’re you able to get an actual confirmation on the spider or just a position of interest? Here in the USA, I was told I could not put a deposit in for the spider since they have not officially announced it and therefore don’t have any allocations yet. I would very much like a spider!

Hello, I make a "contract". First come - first serve. I never need to pay a deposit. When Ferrari confirm, like in Dezember my 296 GTB, I offer a bank guarantee. When Ferrari release the 296 GTB Spider, my contract is from June 2021 and I am one from the first or the first in the row. I also make a contract for the next 812 and F8. Its normal in Germany. How do the other buyers here?

I like that a lot! Here, we have a short contract that we sign and pay a $10,000 deposit. I am in line for the 296 berlinetta. The dealer will not offer me a spider until they officially announce the car and order banks are up. I suspect that it may be a different process for people with extensive purchase histories or vip clients. It also may differ at different dealerships.
Please post pictures of your new car when you get it!

What does the cylinder count have to do with anything? If it performs better than a V12, it is worth the money. Simple as that!

Really? Is this supposed to be a rational reply?

Please don't take this stuff personally.

The haterade on the Web is just that. No manual, not pure, no switches (that get gummed up and have to be replaced), too much money, not as fast as xyz, the brand has gone down the tubes, should be a Dino, Ferraris can't have 6 cylinders, endless blather.

The car will be beyond phenomenal.

Just don't let yours end up crashed and on Copart like a lot of them will.

Thanks for the support, sir. It just amazed me, because F2003-GA and I had a very good online relationship all these years. I guess he didn't mean it that way really.

It wasn't a rational one because I felt like you're taking a shot at my opinion on 450k being too much and I was replying to someone who felt the same - But sorry for the comeback

You don't have to be difficult...
There are people for whom all Ferrari is phenomenal.
The critical spirit is absent and so is objectivity...
You remove the badge and represent the same car and 80% will certainly find it less phenomenal

You think that the 355 was a better Ferrari? That's a joke...

I hear that the new car is scheduled to start arriving possibly by the end of this year. I wonder how much longer I will have to wait. I just received a call from my SA today and he was very excited about the car. Apparently they will be getting a display model in the next few weeks or so. I can’t wait to see it and sit in it and hopefully have a drive!
