The market is wrong on this car and the CS in general. The market has a hard on for all things Porsche and just about everything else. Is it the Chris Harris effect? This is the Ferrari genesis car! Even if I didn't own a CS I would be scratching my head.

Made a mistake with the total price. $280500 is not correct.

    ($250k x 1.12) + ($5k x 1.10) = $285500 in total

The one that went off today was the hot potato car that’s been for sale a bunch of times correct?

I considered that car (#134226) many-many years ago (in 2011). I spoke to a gent that also had considered it and had also looked at it in detail at that time. There was nothing really wrong with it then, and I would have pulled the trigger on it if I had not found the one that I still have today. Its was a good car. $285,500 seems correct. It was $125,000 (asking!) 10+ years ago. I luv that.

It looked like a nice car to me. Same miles as mine, although I wouldn’t sell for 285k.

Yesterday’s car had an aftermarket stripe. And not even applied the right way.

I like the look of the CS with stripes better. IMO it’s a big part of the CS image. But if I had to choose between a car with or without it I’ll probably go with one without it and add an aftermarket stripe, so I have choices.

I don't know if it actually sold. The auctioneer said bidding closed but never said sold and now it's listed as still for sale on the site.

From memory on this site, stripes have historically been worth more and more in demand. Something unique about the stripe for sure, even though it can look a ‘bit” overdone on the hood, IMO.

The reality is Porsche is definitely in more demand then Ferrari - Stripe or No Stripe end of story.

I haven’t read any evidence of that…prices for both brands are up, used way up, both selling out all allocations (excluding Cayenne which can be had). One is far more affordable to the masses, but doesnt make it more in demand. Priced the same, Porsche would be in far less demand full stop.

Indeed….. how much is the least expensive new Porsche compared to the least expensive new Ferrari?

    I love Porsches also.
