Doesn't this reset the ECU if the kill switch is off for too long?

 

If you turn off the battery isolator, the 360 ecu forgets it's parameters. The process to re-learn is in the service manual. This is why the 360 is supplied with a battery charger, so that you don't have to turn off the isolator.
355 is different.
