Typical Autosport BS article to deflect the Merc mirror saga: https://www.autosport.com/f1/news/why-f1-2022s-biggest-political-fight-may-not-be-at-the-front/9050696/ They’ve concluded the mirrors are perfectly legal but now raise questions over Ferrari and Haas sharing the Ferrari wind tunnel with insulation of cheating. The “witness for the prosecution”, Szafnauer, imagining all sorts of nefarious goings on at Maranello, nevertheless claiming they didn’t share aero data with Merc while at Aston even if the cars looked EXACTLY alike. I can only think that a lot of people are nervous about the Haas’ speed.
People seem to forget that Haas deliberately and completely sacrificed 2021 to prepare the all new car for this year as best they could and have obviously forgotten some of the performances the team showed in its earlier years with Romain and Kevin; the car seems well born and the capability is clearly there. Now with Magnussen on board they have a proven fast and experienced driver while Mick will get a true reference to compare himself to and improve as fast as possible.
Yap, mercedes cheating already starting.....illegal mirrors mounted on illegal wings (sorry, perfectly legal mister president)
No deep channel in the middle but I quite like the sdden cut off. Shame it's pink though...thought we finally got rid of that.
They did. Lewis has deemed anyone racing him as "dangerous" so the FIA had to act... quickly and assuredly for the sake of the sport.
If Merc was alowed to cheat when they were ahead, imagine now that they seem to be on the back foot....get ready boys, they're just starting, the mirrors are just the tip of the iceberg!
Why the question? This forum is dedicated to Ferrari fans. Of course we’ll be against Verstappen if he takes out Charles in a duel. It doesn’t matter why.
I always find it remarkable that the core of tifosi on this forum spends so much time in Hamilton-related threads.
This isn't the point. Of course this forum is open to everyone, fortunately. But don't be surprised if we are subjectively Ferrari die hard fans. That's all.
I was laughing... One of the comments in the tweet was "the most illegal of the F1 cars". It certainly looks striking. So most teams had different chassis and then just plug-and-play? This chassis is going to go racing with no testing whatsoever? Alpine must have been desperate. Maybe they will just test on Friday.
Nothing wrong with being a Ferrari fan as long as one is objective rather than subjective about it. I get the impression that for some, there is always a worldwide conspiracy to explain the lack of success.
Is anticipated outrage supposed to be indicative of something other than the fact that those members bleed rosso corsa?
With MB coming up with new floors, RB with new suspensions, Alpine with new side pods, is anyone even monitoring the cost caps? I’m sure Ferrari and others are copying the now legal MIA mirrors.
He already did back in 2019 in Austria...maybe you should go back to that race and see what we wrote...but i guess Charles gave a better reply than us at the following race in Silverstone!
