He used to park that car on NYC streets! I test drove that new California. It was the first time I drove a paddle shift car. It was a blast!
1997 Spider - Gated. No offense to anyone who has bought one of my cars, but this is the nicest one I have ever had. Just spectacularly nice. Dave L. would approve. Seriously, could be Classiche with one adjustment - has a carbon fiber center console and ashtray - not an overlay, but I will probably replace. Heavy records. Well cared for. Headers replaced with factory replacements. Everything works better than expected. Truly a GEM. Having driven so many and different forms, and versions, I am shocked at how much I like this car. Popped up last night being sold by Boardwalk Ferrari. Car has had 3 owners and never been on the internet. 50/50 Dealer and independent service history. Major about 7500 miles ago and 5.5 years. I probably will not even consider doing one until 2026 at the earliest. Car is dry, no weird noise or issues. Steve - safe4now - service manager went through it. Has new clutch, 4 new tires, two wheels refinished, AC serviced - cold. Couple ball joints, tie-rod boots. Stickies done. Near perfect dash - airbag cover looks replaced, but not to bad. All the rubber, seals, top, trim all in excellence condition. Under trays show some wear. My lift did not help tonight, but I am on the hunt for some to save for the next owner, someday [emoji23] Told the wife I felt “remorse” and lost without a gated 355. The prices are quickly getting out of reach - BUT, as a Ferrari preferred client, I can buy through Ferrari Finance, 84 months and does not appear on my credit, so my business deals can move along and no red flag!! Why I did it, buy today, pay later and use Ferrari’s money - Thanks Ferrari! Super happy I can keep my Stallion and shield on my Suburban tailgate and not be a faker, LOL. I also bought a 360 F1 through my dealership floor plan - cheap money for 120 days. I am expanding my business in May and adding a master tech that has built some cars for me. We are going to start working with EAG. Get trained by then and start converting 360’s and 430’s. I would say we are at the 50/50 stage right now, but I have kits coming and a test car. My car buddy will buy a 430 once we figure it all out. Tech is gifted. We have the shop space, tools and care to do it right. This 355 was seizing an opportunity to own a Gated 355 again and the 360 is hopefully a growing business venture. Have fun doing what I love. Cheers! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Too good to be true? https://sfbay.craigslist.org/sfc/ctd/d/san-francisco-1999-ferrari-f355-spider/7456323965.html
Scam. No way. I tried to contact. Nothing. Can’t find dealership. No response. I will wire money right now if I thought it was legit! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Be very careful with that. I buy a lot of cars, seen it all and so I consider myself very keen on scams. However a few year back I got taken for a large amount of money at what appeared to be a similar dealership. Turns out the scammer stole the identity of a real, legit small town dealer. Everything from his business license, FB page, Yelp reviews, google site... everything. very well put together website with a huge selection of high-end cars. No saying this is one, but careful
Nothing. Meet me there with cash. We’ll do the deal after hours so nobody bothers us while you’re inspecting the car.
