Thank you! I have been away from Panerai for a while and decided I need a black watch and this Panerai ticked all the boxes...1950 case, bubble saphire, GMT and black ceramic. Very light....now I am obsessing the strap game again! BTW...you have the exact car that started my Ferrari fantasies back in 1994 when I saw a yellow 355 in Montreal at the F1 race weekend and I could hear it all over downtown. Instant love!
Thank you Yeah I still remember the first one I saw in the metal and STILL have the poster I had on my wall- Never thought I would actually own one- pinch myself every time I see her Interesting you mention the strap on your watch- That is the only thing that has been holding me back on acquiring a Panerai- I just don't do well with belt-like straps- they seem to catch on everything. Both my Tags (Monaco and 160th Anniversary Carrera) have leather straps but with folding buckle closures- Are you aware of any Panerai options or models that do? I may just have to adapt- Seeing yours has my Panerai brain churning again! Cheers
Beautiful! Obviously I am a Daytona fan - My SO and I refer to yours as the "BAM" watch because it is so striking - Of all the Daytona variants that to me is the ultimate - Very nice - still on my bucket list Cheers!
My employees bought me this for my birthday a couple of weeks ago. Wearing it in honor of Ferrari's 1-2 finish at Bahrain Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
The recent posts about Panerai inspired me to wear mine today: PAM00537 GMT with hobnail dial Image Unavailable, Please Login
Come on Scott, new year’s resolutions only last about 30 days… you’re well past that. You’ve done well. Time to go look at some Panerai!
Hey Scott, there are some model that come with the "deployment buckle" which in Panerai is the folding buckle closure. In fact, you can purchase the deployment buckle separately for any straps and there are also dedicated straps that are only for the deployment buckle.....so, looks like you are going Panerai shopping soon!
Excellent (I think ... ) - You have now just removed the last "reason" not to buy one!! Yep - Looks like my "loose" looking will intensify - if/once I obtain one rest assured I will post a celebratory pic on this thread - Thanks much for the information and response - Cheers
In Florida so blue rubber on my Panerai gmt seemed appropriate… runs a little fast currently so I guess it’s due for a service and polish. Robb Image Unavailable, Please Login
