Veelangs, to answer your question, the car is fully ready to go at all times, Barkaways are pretty good guys and know there stuff, Ian was actually the man who restored the fire damaged GTO 15 years or so ago. there is a balance on replacement and refurbishment, to try and keep the car as original as can be, any work that he recommends is always done.. There is a similar car that is shipped from Germany every two years to Barkaways that has exactly the same work and servicing done.

Here's 57223 at our 288 GTO Reunion in California before we sold it, the SAI insurance sticker is dated June the 22nd 1985 and records the EE plate.
