Of small rentaboxes, I reckon he Hyundai i30 is way ahead of the rest. Seats seem to be a much better fit for me than the Toyotas etc, mainly because the swab has a decent rake on it.
Pffft. i30. i40 High Performance Diesel Sedan than you very much. The envy of Horse and Gezim. [emoji16]
I drove one of these back in the day, thinking that it wouldn't touch my Cooper S. Boy, was I wrong - it went like stink! Very dangerous in the handling, however. My Mini would have trounced it on the twisties. I think this one's pretty good value. https://www.tradeuniquecars.com.au/detail/honda-coupe-9-886818?utm_source=uniquecars.master&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=TUC_2022_04_06 (Va7sP5)&_kx=8IvjAY1GQ20Owk-XEwSEXah5CgZqWD3II44Ri7gFsOU=.S3fpgi
Yep. $3-5K for an engine rebuild is a bit optimistic. I reckon you'd get $30K for it in this market, though
Or you could have one of these and never get a speeding ticket ever again [emoji33] (Cute as a button https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/255348706798?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=705-154756-20017-0&ssspo=FUNtPgQmTqC&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=t7lMqjDUQCK&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
