I’m still 90 as well as of today. Been 90 since 2/16…
Really blows my mind the discrepancy in status. Some guys went 90 to 91 in 6 weeks others been sitting for over 8 weeks. I’m coming up on 20 months from order date.
Sorry I know it’s hard and does not seem fair. I like you waited over 18 months to get delivery of our car. Like most folks say, and I did not like hearing it when I was waiting. The wait is worth it. I hope you get your car soon.
FWIW... I know I've mentioned it before but I went 90 on 11/23 and 91 on 2/1. It arrived to the dealer on 2/28. It has been taking about 3-4 months as of late. I Imagine you will see your car in June.
Wow I hope that's not the case. I know other F Chatters here who went 90 in early February and their cars are in transport or already 91. There are several in this thread that are 91 or greater within 6-8 weeks of going 90.
Tomorrow. Wow. So happy. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hello Harish, I'm in Frisco and also have an F8 on order. I'm curious how long It took to get from status 10 R to status 90. Thanks, Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Not sure if recent examples are representative of the typical timeline given the challenging global supply chain right now, but mine went 10R on Oct 22 and went 90 on Mar 2. Oh, what I would give for the phone call from my sales consultant informing me it's gone 91.... : ) BTW, I also live in Frisco -- would be great to connect at some point and compare experiences. Best of luck waiting for your new ride!
Here is my time-line......10R ---->09-24......90 --->12-21.....Showed up at my dealer in Plano Tx----->03-17 ......Order and Deposit date was 7-2020 ........
I wonder what the trigger is for Status 90? Is it when it is turned over to the shipping carrier and placed in container or actually loaded on a ship?
My understanding, and others on here may further clarify, is that the key trigger for status 91 is gaining Customs clearance, which allows ownership of the car to officially transfer from the Ferrari S.p.A. legal entity to Ferrari North America. Great question on the trigger for status 90....
Who knows there's no way I was on a ship for 56 days. I think 90 is released from Ferrari in Italy on a vessel towards the US and then while it sits at port waiting to clear customs and go to FNA it remains 90. Only when FNA accepts it does it turn 91. Looks like 4-5 weeks for actual shipping then another 4-5 weeks to clear customs and be accepted by FNA.
Status 90 is triggered when it leaves the storage facility at Ferrari. 91 is triggered once it clears customs. I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets loaded onto a truck by the end of the week. Much better than my summer prediction. Congratulations! You will see that it was worth the wait!
I heard that somebody in logistics just quit and so there could be a chance that a car shows up without them printing invoice yet. That won’t help us because we can’t sell it without the invoice, but at least the car will be there. I don’t have confirmation it has left this is what is happening Cars are showing up on 92 status at the dealer Unannounced with no change in status
LOVE the seats! I went with Daytona Racing as well. I see you went without the height lever, may I ask how tall you are? - Justin
Like I said look what showed up at the dealer status 92 they still don’t have an invoice for my car Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
