Pretty sure, judging from fender line.

Definitely 296 related based on the rear quarter. I’m guessing 296 Spider. Only other option is the 296 GT3, but the image in the email looks like an open top.

I don't think it's the 296 GTS, @Marcel Massini said it will be in June when the 296 GTB will start to be delivered.

    Maybe a One-Off.

You have a point.... But why show the Gts since the coupe is not even out yet?

My bet is 296 spider. They released previous coupes and spiders simultaneously so why not 296 spider now?

Hi everyone, this will be the reveal of the new 296 Spider / GTS - absolutely sure and most likely with a similar RHT construction as the 458 / 488 / F8 Spider :) I'm very curious about the final car…

I might be the minority, but I would love to see some soft top cars back. I miss the clean rear deck of 355 / 360 / 430 spiders.

Something tells me there will be huge rollbars that teaser doesn't show. I hope not, but yeah. The new ones are almost more targa than the relatively barchetta shape of the 355.

    Definitely the the 296 GTS.

Dont see the electric port so I'm guessing both that and the fuel cap have been moved. That panel is now moveable. Therefor IMO a spider. But a different system to the 458/488/f8/pista as it cannot be stored like those cars or the roof would be right over the hot spot of the 2 turbos. ;)

    Soft top or Hard top?

I hope this 296 GTS will bring out the beautiful curves of the coupe even more.

I can't wait, I just hope that the price will not be too high compared to the coupe.

Maybe they're going old school like a removable targa top?

When you expand (blow up) the pic, there's a another barely visible mark close to door handle would be, but it appears to be moved a little farther toward the rear. Maybe just an reflection of some type.....

Isn't it the same with the SF90 Spider?

The SF90 has the turbos on the sides. The engine sits much lower and has available space above it.

The 296 has central turbos and has that heat evacuation thing on the engine lid. There is no way they would pack the top over it. If they do how will the turbos release their heat ? And the engine lid would cook above the engine.

My dealer messaged me that the GTS would be launched next week and was I still interested in one? We’ll see if he’s right!

Visited the V12 production line on the 6th as part of my Tailor Made for 812 GTS. Wasn’t allowed on the V8 line so assume that maybe some of the GTS cars were in production.
