    This is the saturday event that takes place at the Black Horse golf course that is on what used to be Ft. Ord. Haven't seen any publicity. Or what brand is honored .Monterey car week is only 5 months away....​

    Really not a great event. Plus, try and leave early (before their stated 5pm “release”) and see how the staff & security treat you. “False imprisonment”, to say the least. Save your time and money and take a drive followed by nice lunch. My .02

    Carmel Concours on the Ave is no different regarding `escaping' before awards ceremony is done. Besides, Quail might be a decent show, but $800 to get in...definitely not worth it IMO (I've exhibited there before so my opinion is based on being there).

    Couldn't agree more about the Quail. Concorso Italiano is great, IMHO....

    I'd have to starve myself for a couple weeks and drink myself into a coma to have a chance at making that Quail entry fee cost effective.
