Cuz ur 12-year-old girl texting syntax is better, LOL. I understand it’s faster so you can rapid-fire those HAM defence posts but this is a discussion board not a texting session.

Get a life homie. U don’t discuss anything when it comes to Hamilton you just have ungrounded hate and have nothing to say. Period.
Just like this post where your sole goal is to provoke like a 5 year old. I’m telling you my 2 years old twin boys have the same level of maturity you display.
I am no Hamilton fan but the level of hate, bigotry he gets on this forum is just stupid.

His highest paying year was $100 million, mostly from endorsements.

    And was worth every penny.

If McHam is on 40m per year, what is Russell worth ?

IMO Schumacher's enormous success also helped the Ferrari road side to become as successful as it is.

Ferrari has always been able to sell more cars than it produces, but IMHO Schumacher boosted it's road cars by helping in their development, similar to Lauda during his time at Maranello.
Both were masters at maximising a car's true potential.

Being central to turning Ferrari around was no mean feat. Little wonder that Italy and Tifosi love Schumacher.

I'm not sure that Rosberg & Hamilton were central to turning Mercedes around from 2014 ;)

Schumacher’s greatest accomplishment , was taking a dog if a team and turning it into a winner through endless hours of work . That got him the championships , well deserved.
I also think he had quite a bit to do with the development of the MB which became a winner after he left .
How much Nick and Lewis contributed, I am sure they had their share but I don’t believe they had the same fanatical approach as Michael did .
It is possible they didn’t need to do as they were given a dominant car right out of the gates .
Let see how the duo of Lewis and George do

This is why the Michael Schumacher titles with Ferrari are something different in my book.
With insights his title in 1995 with the Benetton-Renault either.

Hamilton’s behavior the last weekend with his team gave you the right answer..
He is a very gifted driver but he built nothing in Mercedes.

Wow 2 people spoke and possibly disagree'd LOL.

The way he talked to his team last weekend clearly demonstrated he’s not a team player.( not the first time either)

He spoke to Toto. Thats all you know or me. You did not attend any meetings or know what was built in the past for Mercedes with LH. Deaf and blind are at least half the posts on this forum. As fans without inside connections we know little. Your post was the epitome of that. You know nothing about what LH 'built' You clearly didnt address that in the response to me. You deflect. You just dont like LH, as its clearly not about Mercedes.

I dont care LH does or really says. He opens his mouth and statements are made. We know nothing of the situation driving it in the background between him and management or his team. Lauda recruited him to drive and win. He has done that. The team built the car, he provided the wins. So.....whats your point. You have none like most talking about LH.

You just dont like him. What he has done is to take a winning car and win. For some here they are unable to see it lol. Deaf and blind as you so aptly state LOL.

Of course they are: the comparison between Schumacher and Hamilton is grossly unfair,.
F1 now operates in a completely different climate.

Schumacher benefited from Fiorano where he had unlimited test sessions before the season and between races.
He had access to plenty of equipment and personel dedicated to testing.
That helped him to sharpen his skill but also to work with the engineers, try new parts, debug his cars, fine-tune the settings, etc ...
Ferrari has that advantage against the other teams, none of them having comparable facilities.

Hamilton has no such luxury; we live in a different era, far more regulated and where testing and equipment are strictly limited.
Unlike in the "old days", no team can test their car outside the confines of the F1 program. Even wind tunnel time is restricted !!!
New aero upgrades are now tested during GP practice. The numbers of chassis, engines and components are counted.
Hamilton couldn't give the same technical input; he had to adapt to any modification at races, without prior testing.

Well at least 'Lebron James' (whoever he is) obviously knows something about football. ;-) I think VER could pick up a Dutch club for a lot less money.

MS had no competition in the garage. Ever. That was contractual so it has been said. Thats a distinct advantage. Beyond that his testing regime was reflective of the era.

A record is a record and they deserve respect. The driver had to sit/drive/employ the car in given conditions. They are not better since the driver was so well 'liked'.

I don’t like him as a public people, this is true.
    He’s an hypocrite.
    I highly respect the driver.
What he has achieved is great no doubt about this.
Mercedes is hugely impacted this year by the budget cap.
Car is just mid field right now.
The only thing he has to do is a low profile attitude and not crying against Mercedes and Toto.
Toto apologized at the end of the race, for what ?
For giving him a dominant car eight year in a row ?
Schumacher had a different attitude in 2005.
    But I am a hater isn’t it ?

The point was about how he communicate with his team perfectly knowing everyone will analyze what he is saying.
    Again not a team player.
