So I’ve been slowly fixing or correcting my Dino (04122 bought on Bring a Trailer last year). The “before” photo is from the listing. The after I took tonight.. Can you find the 5 fixed or corrected items? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Ah- I had forgotten I fixed the interior light.. that makes six! You got 4, so there are 2 more.. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Yes! Just one more! It is admittedly pretty darn hard to tell with the photo resolution that uploaded.. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
All good guesses, but I have not done anything with the seatbelts (though I do have an anchor cover coming in the mail!), and the heater levers and steering column and drivers seat sliding were all operational/ok already. I am curious about this seatbelt rosette sticker- perhaps the sticker that goes in the button? I may need to look for that! It’s almost not fair given the resolution; I’ll give some more time then provide a clue if no right guess.
Radio? There is a cassette there, but is it different? Hard to tell, but it looks like there is a different eschucion plate
Ah- the radio is a good one! I did swap it out (for another 80’s tape deck (Blaupunkt) that has an aux input and for which the cassette works where I use a Bluetooth adapter).. but I did not count that one because I thought it was too hard! Good eye! There is still one lingering… Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
I did, but it’s jus t hanging out in the passenger compartment and thus I did not count it.. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Ok I have tortured the “where’s Waldo” fans enough.. and truth be told I was not anticipating the photo resolution reduction upon upload. The last mod is: window switches! Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Now your comment makes perfect sense. I saw you post that and I even looked at those but could not see in the picture, so I figured it might’ve been something else.
The cup holder is an “addition”, but it just hangs out on the floor. Yes, I was fortunate. It’s been great fun both driving, maintaining, and “refreshing” it!
Ha! I thought about the switches but zooming in did not show a difference. I have incorrect ones like in your first pic in my Dino, apparently from some vintage BMW 7 series. I bought a set of the correct ones and have not installed them yet. Is it a very involved job? Remove console? Also, the incorrect ones that I have stay lit up (ignition on) with an internal light and they stay warm to the touch. Do the correct ones have a lamp in them?
