https://www.europeancollectibles.com/vehicles/1043/1973-ferrari-dino-246-gt The ask is $575K. I saw it briefly when visiting a couple of weeks ago. Looked pretty nice!
I only looked at it briefly. I didn’t see any paint cracking. If your interested I could go by on Thursday.
Nothing instills more confidence than marketing/sales people lacking basic knowledge of the product they’re offering ?
I saw this car at Cavallino in 2013. It is exceptionally nice with signs of unmolested originality everywhere. Assuming that the car's condition remains unchanged from when I saw it, the poorly written ad copy undersells just how nice it is. If the paint is original (I'd be surprised) then this car truly has led a charmed life. Regardless of the paint, though, cars like this are a rarity since restored will always be restored. Considering some of the sale prices on BAT this car warrants a serious look by anyone interested in a collector grade car. I'd also note that Al Ieraradi owned the car at the time I saw it. Although he is known mainly for his expertise with the 308GT4, Al is exceptionally fastidious with the cars that pass through his hands. Best Regards, Paul
At the very least, they spared the public, and did not go into the "tragic Enzo and Dino" story. It it has "excellent gaps and panel fit" potentially repainted/restored. Still a very nice and desirable car. Top $. Regards, Alberto
The chemicals WILL eat you rims and throw the wheel out of balance while you drive on it. Not recommended. I've seen it.
No you are wrong. This will turn ordinary Flat 6 cylinder engines into smooth running V6's in seconds!

04914 has now found a new, excellent home with a great caretaker on the Monterey Peninsula. Outstanding and lovely Dino. Marcel Massini
A joy to see such an unmolested, original and correct car. Very rare in the world of Dinos. For a buyer who is appreciating well preserved, original condition cars, the asking price was not unreasonable. They are almost impossible to find in this condition.
link to 04914 for pix? since i live in monterey, i would like to meet up with new owner. plz send them my contact info.
you are correct, and it was beautiful. i saw it in monterey and i think it sold for a good amount at the time.
