Thats a great colour.

I know that feeling, its too late for me though, mine was painted a couple of weeks ago, can't wait for the photos to come through!

 

One of my Boxster spyders is viola. It's an amazing colour in full sun!

Anyone had a engine management system failure warning? I had one about 9 months ago but put it on its charger and it cleared. Tried this time and no joy. Have left it overnight, locked and on charger and still no good. Looks like it’s going to be taking a ride to the dealer.

 

It may be your battery, they have a habit of throwing a cell and failing without warning on the 812's .

 

Your car looks great, and it is now possible to have your buttress painted as well as the roof which they would not allow to start with even in TM.

One of the benefits of having a later build car, which I had not thought about before.

 

Is the white intentional? It looks odd to me.

Yes, spend a lot time in requesting the white top, which they classified as classic paint. Not easy

That is it….due for its annual service too. Hope it’s an easy fix and battery issue. Pretty dirty so a nice cleaning will be great. What were you in for?

 

458 spider yearly and brake fix.

Also, anyone else hear that the regular power warranty for the 458 class went from $4500/yr to $6500/yr?

My dealer let me borrow their leather samples book. I painted the speed shape colour spray myself.

Looks like it - that’s my current spec with matter green carbon inside and out. Also thinking of a triple layer version of Verde Francesca which the Tailor Made ladies say should be slightly darker. Waiting for a sample.
