I read somewhere that Ferrari car prices shoot up after 20 years old, does this mean the CS prices will go up significantly from 2023?
Looks like this is the RM Sotheby's car that was a no sale at $330,000.00. Anyone know the asking price now? https://rmsothebys.com/en/auctions/am22/amelia-island/lots/r0088-2004-ferrari-360-challenge-stradale/1213636
That would have already happened in 2022... look at Scud prices...they have gone up a lot, not so much the same can be said for the CS.
Had our Stradale out the other day, my buddy Spencer took these shots. One day the rest of the world will realize just how special these cars are! Erik Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Tan leather. Looks amazing. Less common. Red /tan Carrie’s a premium in this vintage. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I am absolutely in love with the slider windows. Congrats! As an aside, could I use the windows out of my 360ch in my CS? Wonder if they’re direct bolt in or more complicated…
As far as I can tell, 360/F430 share the same door and windows. I’d assume it’s all easily interchangeable between this platform. The CS sliding window even works on a Scud . I use to think the CS was properly appreciated in the market, now I'm putting it up there in one of the most undervalued.
I just really don't see it that way Dusty. I have been on-board with the Stradale for many-many years and I think it is the most popular it has ever been. I can recall when the traction started when my young Sons video games had the Stradale as their unicorn car (they had to earn the Stradale to virtually "own" it). From there the Stradale started to gain momentum with real sales reaching $150k, then $200k, now $300k and more (commonly). I recently watched as that 30k mile blue Stradale went nearly $300k (with commission) on Bring a Trailer, and marveled in the pages & pages of positive comments that went along for the ride. My Sons both tell me that social media is always showing the Stradale in a good light with one or the other auto influencers, and many show any collection of merit just has to have a Stradale in the selection to be truly epic. We are currently on page 474 (11,846 posts) of a thread about one Ferrari model, that only 1200 of them were even made... Maybe I am seeing all of this differently, but it is looking like luv to me.
Well said, good perspective. I got in @200k, and when people opine about “here comes $500k” I just do not see it. So many other cars seem to have captured the imagination, and oddly so many of those mediocre 911’s I am just stunned.
