Hello new 360 gated owner. I drove the car hard for the very first time on some high speed back roads at some safe location. Very disappointed with how fast I experienced brake fade. Any recommendations for a better pad that’s a little more track geared but still “streetable”(not noisy, won’t excessively wear brake discs)?

I use StopTech sport pads and they’re fine in street and light track use.

Good idea. Also relevant is when he last changed the fluid.

Actually I was making that inference but neglected to emphasize.

Bleed the clutch at the same time

Pagid Yellow pads for my 360 and I really enjoy the results even on the Paul Ricard F1 GP track.
But I have completed it with PFC discs which improve seriously the cooling.
    Pagid pad = brake power
PFC disc = brake endurance (+ Motul RBF600 for brake fluid)

Is this correct that the front and rear pads on our 360 are the same ferodo size and part# Ferodo DS2500 - FCP1348H?

He’s not giving up his secret. He only shares that the pad compound is “sintered” or otherwise said a composite of different materials - metallic, ceramic etc.

Hawk pads and motul dot 5 brake fluid.

I drive the balls off my 360 at Watkins Glen and get zero brake fade. None.

Any input as to which pads give a firm pedal feel (after a good bleed job of course)? When I bought my car it had aftermarket pads on it. The pedal was very firm, little travel, and the bite was immediate with no squeal. I changed calipers and put stock pads in, Motul RBF 600, and the pedal feels like a normal car. Which is to say soft and long in comparison to what it was. I’m an idiot and forgot to look at the pads that came off the car to see what they were and now I’m hoping to find that pad or similar to give me that “race car” pedal back.
I’m thinking Padgid RS19 or EBC yellow stuff?

I just installed the Pagid RSC1 pads and the pedal is just as firm as with the stock pads. But I have CCM brakes, not steel....

The compromise pads that work for both street and track are unicorn. Actually depends on how fast of a driver are you. The faster you are the more the pads doesn’t exist. Someone told me an all season tires is basically a tire that sucks for all season. Same thing apply for brake pads.

Fast does not necessarily means heavy on brakes.
