I have a recently purchased F430 that randomly has a harsh buzzer. Occurred at both low and high speed 15 to 60 mph sometimes has a voice that sounds like slow down even when going 10mph. Can occur soon after start up and after driving for 20 minutes. No warnings on the annunciation panel.

First off have a look at the tail pipe ends, might need a spot weld. Also drop the diffuser and check the exhaust brackets fixed to the rear of the gearbox. They can break- they support the exhaust with U clamps bolted to the gearbox, you might want to throw them away as will run without them

Can also be the springs on the catalytic converter flange bolts. They can buzz a little at very odd times. if you are overly sensitive maybe that's what you hear? I brought my car to my mechanic because I thought something was wrong and he said they all make intermittent noise but most people don't even notice it over all the other noises in the car. I chalk it up to my OCD.

Seems odd that there are no warning lights and that the speeds are so random. I would assume that, say, a passenger seat belt warning would generate a light(?) and would be more speed specific.

There is an option on Gulf (Arab) cars which sounds a buzzer at a higher speeds (120kph?), but I wasn’t aware it produced an aural (voice) warning.

    Broken aftermarket radar detector?

    Gearbox overheat warning malfunction?

Possibly an issue with the logic in the instrument cluster. Have you tried a battery reset?

Could it be a radar detector?

Wait did the OP saying it was talking to him saying “slow down”? Must be an old radar
Detector built in that is getting false alarms.

Would this then be considered "buzzed" driving while operating the vehicle!!!

To close this thread ..after speaking to flyboy .. it does seem like a hidden radar detector .. he will look for it ..must be under dash or in ash tray
