    It's my understanding from my past orders/purchases that once you have taken delivery of the car, YES you can sell the car back to the selling dealer since its under FROR. Once its past the FROR time period, you may sell the car outside of the dealer. I was specifically referring to the allocation itself can not be sold or transferred.

    If your complaint is purely aesthetic/utility, as I said, the 2+2s, convertibles, and hatchbacks have slaughtered that holy horse when Ferrari Classhiche officially gave their blessing.

    I lot of words come to my mind when I see this official Ferrari car. I bet some align with your thoughts on the Purosangue.

    1962 Le Mans + 30 million other reasons put those words to rest.

    It's not stated in the contract. It's something that you need work out with your dealer when the time comes.

    But basically, within the first 18 months period, you will need to sell the car through the original purchase dealer. If you sell your car privately or through another broker/dealer during that 18 months period, then your original selling dealer will have the right so sue you for damages and compensation.

    To me, this is an non-issue ,since I always sell my cars through my dealer anyways.

    Once again, please post a copy of the document you reference showing that provision (with personal info redacted of course). I’d like to compare it to the document I signed as the “profit share” and market value language you mention is either omitted or dissimilar.

    Ferrari of SF had something very similar. Had to resale through them for that time.
    In Las Vegas it’s only 6 months it would appear

    I have not mentioned profit sharing. Im only referring to the fact that the 296 has to be resold though them
