Dino rip off, need advice

I guess I'm just too busy driving and enjoying them : )

 

I love clutch pedals, how else to you double clutch downshift into a turn, hit the apex and power out....... zoooom

 

My second favorite car was my 275GTB/4. It sounded like a symphony and every time I drove it it was like a special occasion. It handled quite well and sometimes I would worry the Borranis would collapse in a tight, fast twister . My G.O.A.T. is my Dino. It sound different than the 4 cam (the 4 cam sounded AMAZING) but overall the Dino fun ratio is the best. The looks, the engine, the handling, it's as close as I'm going to get to my S2000 Lola as I'm going to get in a Vintage sports car. As the ad said: "It's almost a Ferrari"

Got it. I'm going to get it painted back to it's original color. It's a California car so hopefully there will be little or no rust.

btw, He told me it would do very well in the Preservation Class at car shows because its all original and only painted once in its original color except Matthias Bartz said it was originally blue. When we spoke you told me you told the dealer it needed complete seats, he told me it only needed new inserts. How come one seat frame is welded and the other is screwed together? No this car wasn't going to be in Pebble Beach, but it was grossly misrepresented to me by stating only two minor problems. I asked all the pertinent questions, I even got a leak down text. He sent me $3000.00 so I guess he felt a little guilty. That paid for the MSD to get the tach accurate but I thought the rev counter was going to come here in working order.
I'm just pissed because I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars since I bought this car in November that I shouldn't have had to spend. I was lied to by the dealer that sold me this car.

I don't recollect you suggesting I call the trucking company, because of course I would have!!!

That's right it's nobody's business but mine, it's between me and the dealer not me and this forum and and the dealer

 

No car is worth risking getting Covid and potentially getting very sick or worse. I'm no kid.

 

No I'm not being disingenuous. When a car is described to me as needing 2 minor things and so far I've paid a boco bucks, he's being in disingenuous as in being a crook. I'm not going to say these well known dealers name because hopefully they will make good on their lying and of course I probably would never put their names publicly on this forum. I only want what's fair and like anybody else I don't like getting ripped off. I ran my business for 36 years and never ripped off anyone. My mistake was trusting people and not having the car inspected.
If I was told all these things were needed on the car and then I paid top dollar, it's on me. But since they misrepresented this car, it's on them.

I love Bug Eyes too. My first bug I was in college and I paid $125 for it and it needed a radiator. My second Bugeye was my first race car. We had to rebuild ahead every two races because it really revved

 

I wish I knew I just answered about 30 of them and I just used reply and some of them aren’t even showing up. But they all show up under my profile so I don’t understand why they’re not all posted. There’s a lot of judgemental people on this site
