Yep. They sure kept quiet when Mercedes gave team orders in the 2nd race of the season in 2013!

It's a very tight season and with 2 DNF's already, Red Bull need to make every point count for now. Of course they're giving team orders.

Definitely with the DRS issue Lec would've won. Without it...we can only speculate. RBR certainly went with a different strategy and I don't think they would've done that if they where fighting Leclerc.

I know Sainz is down a little on power but **** me he had a shocker of a race. The spin, fine I can see a very strong wind gust upsetting the car so much, especially on that point there it happens. But where was the rest of his pace all race? Just out of hte window...

Did Zhou get the new engine as well? His failure sounded similar....

So lewis crashes into Magnussen, wanted to quit...then gets given driver of the day, lol

 

Don’t know why Binotto said numerous time we have the best pairing on the grid.

Remember Sainz was already challenged at Mclaren by a very inexperienced and young driver called Norris.

I believe Cheko ,like most drivers ,is on a basic pay plus money for points and race wins etc ...so RBR will probably compensate him by dropping a $ million or two into his account

 

Did Sainz lose bits of his front wing at the start? The Sky muppets were concerned with bits off of HAM’s car in his tangle with MAG, but on replays Sainz I think tagged someone in front of him at turn 1, yes?

 

Final word about Sky commentary: it was all about how far up the order HAM was going to finish, FFS.

 

8m per season, then points bonus. Red Bull pays out a million per win bonus, and tend to pay out the full win bonus if a driver has to move over or car fails them when they where clearly winning....

 

For once an interesting race in Barca.

Bummer for Ferrari and LeClerc, but good for the Championship battle and somewhat karma after Max' DNF at the beginning of the season.

Fun to see Lewis duking it out with Bottas.

Bad day for Aston Martin and Haas.

 

Crofty gives me a headache the moment he opens his stupid mouth, especially at the start of the race. I feel bad for Brundle, I bet 90% of his salary is spend on aspirin.

 

I know one thing, it's going to be a great 3 way championship with probably every race back and forth. Ferrari,at least Charles, looks very strong. Carlos has yet to find his mojo but really is a pip off Charles as a driver I believe. If Mick were really good, he would be in line for Carlo's seat.

A good run for Jorge' Russell.

 

That was a ***** gut punch guys. Damnit

 

Boy, I am pissed. And Sainz wasted a great opportunity to become a hero, what a mess.

 

Once again, the Mercedes car is coming together. I hate to say it . . . .

 

So do we know what happens to LEC engine?

 

To put this into perspective, Russell lost 0,8 s/lap compared with Charles during the first stint..
