From the angle I see in the pic,it could be a trade off; using the lift at that angle might lower the diffuser.

100% in that situation if you had a front lift and used it you would scrape your rear diffuser

That's definitely something I need to have done. But, I scrape the front lip coming and going into my neighborhood no matter the angle of approach........ so I must get a front lift.

If you enter that grade at a 45 degree angle it likely should not scrape.

Not in a millions years. I tried that with my old 355 and 430 and those sit way way way higher than my 488.

I would bet that most if not all of the electric wiring already exists for the factory system. I looked up the parts to do it a couple of years ago and it was around $3000. I'd call around to see what it would cost to have it installed.

I ended up buying a car that already had the lift so I never followed through. Any competent shop should be able to do it.

I asked my dealer about adding it to a 458 SpecialeA and he said the parts were $13k and not in stock. Novitec has one with a lowering kit too I believe.

Obviously you need to move and find a new house.

Are you near a dealer where you can borrow a 458/488 with a lift and test it? My cars are not lowered - I go up a ramp into my warehouse at work everyday. I have no issues (with my lift on)
