What's the problem with that. Many dont even realise it until its too late. I just happen to have a a great rep that pointed it out to me.

Asking:
Tributo - As much as $100,000 over msrp
Spider - as much as $150,000+ over msrp

 

im seeing that too,imo the tributo was a must for me wanted that f40 rear eng cover .it truy is the last of its kind.i test drove the 296 fun car but f8 is the winner imo

 

Yeah my 458 was a spider and I loved it, but just had the Tributo for that louvered engine cover! I do have an SF90 spider on order for the top down Ferrari experience but who knows when I will get that.

 

My dealer just sold an F8 130K over sticker, low mile car but still, thats crazy!

Interesting.

For what it is worth my sales agent told me that there are a fair number of F8 Tributos with asking prices at $100,000 over list. But, the cars are sitting - waiting for the just the right buyer. For a QUICK sale, the "real" number is closer to $60,000 - $70,000 or so over list. Just another data point to consider.

I wonder what the spec was on the F8T that sold for $130k over list.

 

I think the more unique color options command a larger price as there are just to few, so many red, blue cars for sale, very little silver, gray white, black for sale.

the car that sold was Grigio, how many gray F8's for sale at this moment, I think only one. How many red?

 

I see 2 black and 2 gray cars for sale at this moment, no silver.

 

We need some updates here

Low to med spec F8s (under $350k): going over msrp between $40-100k
Higher spec ($400k+) F8s: at msrp or little lower

spider vs hard top - after seeing some downward pricing. now more stable - spring / summer - spiders holding up

 

They both are holding up...F8...even 488 is holding well. Both prices came down some...looking on line at asking prices, I don't have access to sale prices I see prices came down...not as much as some/most predicted however correct me with fact if you think I am wrong :

In around 8 months to 6 months ago:
F8 Tributo's avg asking came down $20-$30k
F8 Spiders ? not sure, not really my thing so I hardly look but seems like around $10-$20k lower
488GTB asking came down $10-$15k

F8's are selling above MSRP. Might be a high mileage heavy spec under msrp??? The well taken care of 1-3 owner 488's seem to be around $30-$40k under MSRP.

 

That’s quite accurate— watch for a freeze in depreciation of all those models— I will say this is the bottom as the EV/hybrid market tanks and the world changes their minds about them. All desire and demand will go heavily back to these models (and 458’s) and pricing will freeze/stay/stand etc for a while and then rise within the next year.

At least in Europe, there's another factor to consider - a few years ago we were in a world with virtually no inflation, which meant stable prices were also stable values.
Now inflation is back to a level that had been long forgotten, meaning that stable prices actually reflect significant losses in value.

 

I agree with this and it has been my own personal experience in purchasing one. Who knows what effect 296 will have on the market. F8 has been strong and still is; it has lifted/maintained 488 prices as well.

 

You will be able to buy a 296 for less money than an F8 inside of 2 years, 3 max

I consider 900 miles in 2.5 years to be “no miles” but should have been more specific. A year ago this would easily have been 50-100k over msrp. Very curious now.
