God forbid, if this sees a crash, it's going to eat into the budget cap and everyone will start complaining. It makes more sense, to either allow an increase in the ceiling by some amount or start the race when the conditions are suitable. Racing under such conditions wth cost cap is outrageous.
The race director knows you don't have to run a 1:11 right? Let them race, especially at a low speed track.
