    My father bought new in 1961 off the Melbourne motor stand a Jaguar Mark 2 3.8 manual with wire wheels in Carmen red with biscuit trim.with the plan to race it in the ATCC and local Victorian events, the car went off to Harry Firth for prep and race add ons....sadly some 6 months latter it was rear ended and sold , never to be seen again,over the years I have tried to find her ,with NO luck..just for the parts added and the fact it was issued with a log book but never raced..

    Yeah Simon, my family were Alfa and Bristol agents..TBH I never liked the way the Montreal handled either…I do like the Alfaholics one they do in the UK though..

    Yeah agree totally Jon..I could have bought Dads 2 owner one for 30K but just didn’t love the driving experience enough…Beautiful looking car from the front…
