Max joins lauda and Jim Clark as joint 9th on all timr winner list
jeez Ferrari... I'm selfish, just want to see a full-race battle between at least 2 tops teams. Preferably with Ferrari coming out ahead but definitely not packing up the pits early. oh to have a 24 year old back.... edit: fun story. My own back was trouble free, until I drove a bumpy kart track in Germany when I was 30. This was pre-GoPro so I strapped a small (by 2002 standards) camcorder to the side of my helmet. Around a long, fast, bumpy curve I felt something pop in my back. With a lot of pain dragged myself out of the kart and drove back to my apartment, where I spent the next few days in a decent amount of agony. Ever since then every couple years I forget myself and do something that throws out my back, so can definitely sympathize with those complaining about the crazy harsh ride some F1 cars have.
I am afraid that could be the case. His talent is unquestionable. Leclerc has to think about his career and make a "Hamilton move": find the next best team.
Maybe he was preparing everyone for the big deception coming at Baku ! Having said that, Red Bull started the season with a double retirement too ...
Could be an Alonso move. There's only one F. Sainz: We are a team. We will stay focused. We will stay positive. Better things will come. Forza
It's all depends what Leclerc has in mind. Becoming a footnote in the Ferrari saga, OR getting in a team that gives him real chances to pocket a few championships.
If that means he’ll win at Montreal next week, I agree! And with all new PU bits (LOL) I think he will. Need to break the jinx of a 3rd win of the year.
How are they going to cure their engine unreability until next week end? Today, 4 out of 6 Ferrari engines failed! That must be a worry, no?
