Dont know, LH posts tend to get the most replys / views out side of race threads... i mean we have 3 discussions on LH in first 10 topics on the forum ( Not counting Rules and guildlines posts )

Forum i mean f1 topic area ofc, not the wholeplace..

But that's not what William said. He said many come here to ONLY discuss Lewis.

I would say that's not true.
Take yourself, most of your posts are punctuated with negative references to Hamilton.
And it he isn't the topic, you bring it up on the slightest pretext.

Yes, because I never see them participating to discuss racing, the teams, the drivers, the contracts, the circuits, the rules, the results, etc ...

It's constantly gratuitous attacks, mockeries or put down against Hamilton, to the point of being an obsession.

So I think Hamilton will leave a great void behind when he retires. o_O

He achieved his stats during the turbo-hybrid era of F1 THAT WE ALL LIKE TO LEAVE A VOID THAT IS BEST LEFT BEHIND.

good riddance too.(I'm still not a fan of the turbo-hybrid btw.)

+1 We will be stuck with some iteration of this formula until the ICE is dead and buried.

Come up with some actual evidence of your accusations. Just like yesterday you seem to have fallen quiet again after accusing me of being anti Ferrari then when asked for any evidence whatsoever you abandon the subject.

Russell in the Williams also showed that he could out smart and out qualify Ham in his magic carpet Merc at Spa !

You certainly don't speak for me here.

I am a great fan of the hybrid formula, which I think was technical advancement in thermic efficiency.

It's a pity it took so many years for other engine builders to catch up Mercedes, and it probably skewed that era into one of domination.

It's getting closer to the dull doom and nonsense of FE.

Correct. With the bogus tokens system Mercedes had a baked in PU advantage until 2017.

Unlike you, I don't keep files in references, and I don't want to waste my time looking back in previous posts to simply make a point.

So I won't satisfy your lust for proofs. This is a forum, not a court of law, as I have said many times.

I am not accusing you of anything, just passing a comment.

This turbo hybrid formula has no use in todays production cars let alone global "going green" governments.

Your either ICE, which in some countries wants to be phased out, or your electric.

Agree on the last sentence of your post to highlight the word "skewed."

Don't quite need a log of references when it's twice in as many days you make daft accusations towards me and fail to have ANY form of backing up.

You make statements as if they're fact but when confronted you try and brush it off. Time and time again. You think you're some sort of moral character on this forum, you're anything but.

You say you don't accuse me, yet in post 103, you absolutely do as you directly reference to me. And yesterday, you directly reference to me again.

Spare me the ****ing ******** William. You have a very long history of quietly making small accusations you know others will react to. Don't make false accusations you know you can't back up or when asked for any form of proof whatsoever, back away from. And whilst we're at it, don't bring up a point and measure with a different stick immediately after.

You're not "just making a comment", you're stirring the pot with your constant ********.

    Not in Europe!

I can tell you that buying an hybrid car in the EU can save you a lot of money!
You get road tax relief in most countries, access to most city centers closed to ICE, pay less insurance, etc ... and use less fuel!
It's a very good system to adopt until the ICE is totally banned for sale in 2035.
That's why most constructors in Europe have converted their cars to hybrid (at least mild hybrid), for the motorists to benefit from the tax break.

What we need is a total domination by Red Bull and Verstappen until 2026 to redress that ! o_O

But then the tifosi will feel cheated. :(

actually it's good the way it is. Ferrari v RB with their differnt nuances and varying goofs / technical DNF's is interesting.

Mercedes reliability for car #44 was unprecedented, and it's driver being the most fortunate recipient in F1 history.

Agree and it's a current political agenda. But Governments change and agendas change. Nothing is locked in perpetuity. We see that on a daily basis.

Already we are hearing that small volume marques should be able to continue producing V12 / V8 ICE beyond the mass market cut off dates.

Consumer choice is a wonderful thing :)

I agree. It's better to keep some uncertainty in the results. It makes F1 more entertaining to follow.

The 2014-2020 era will certainly go down in Grand Prix history as something unique.

Mercedes replicating its pre-war domination with Caracciola and the Silver Arrows that war only cut short by the war.
