Does it have its original seats ? I seem to recall something about a seat change and air bag issues - someone with more knowledge might chime in.

Hope its not what I had happen. Audio shop pulled seats and the air bag sensor wire in pass seat got messed up somehow. only fix was to replace the sensor in seat. Was about a thousand dollar job

If it is a fault in the seat I had the same in a BMW. Big $$$ fix but I got a little thingy that plugged in under the seat and fooled it to think someone was always sitting there, meaning the airbag was active. Was about $10. Light went out.

You need to find out what the fault is on the SRS system that’s causing the fault light to persist. Anything else is guesswork.

No crashes, but cluster was removed so I suspect that likely caused the light to go out, especially if cluster was removed with battery connected.

    Also original seats.

Any chance this airbag light has anything to do with the airbag bypass key switch position ?

I did try turning that switch off and on, no change.
