I did that on my way to my first ever FNR in Canberra.
On the Bathurst-Goulburn rd I was hunting at 100mph+ and a police Nissan Patrol went the opposite direction,I truly expected a roadblock at Goulburn.
The GAD mob did that in reverse on my first one 4 years ago.

 

I don't actually know WHAT he means in that statement.
