Im not comparing him with you or me ...he is against some drivers who have talent and have proved it on the track..people like him with a dismal record of nil success should have no place in F1.
It boils down to opportunity. Lance Stroll has had opportunities and doors opened for him that we can only dream of. He is not where he is because of natural talent. That is why he was kicked out of the Ferrari Academy and Leclerc has the first seat. Has he had to exert effort to be where he is? No doubt, but I don’t think the fact that him having a seat in an F1 car makes him “talented.”
Hey Sainz, lay-off the anti-stall button if you want a good start. He's. hit 2x in 2 different races this year.
Drivers who meet the criteria have every right to be in F1: rich kids, pay-drivers, playboys and all, if the obtain a Superlicense. If some drivers have the talents but cannot muster the financial backing necessary to get to F1, that's hard luck.
You could say the same about plenty of people in life, who owe their position to their parentage. Lance Stroll obtained better results in F1 than many other drivers, including Pole, Podium, etc ...
