I didn’t do a general search….did we know if it was a private market transaction (I hope since it wasn’t running well)?

Did not listen to it, but fairly late since she has the 612 bosses for the dual length intake system on the front. Could not quite make out the assembly number, although it looked like 57xxx.

 

Definitely this one. Mileage is spot on and so is the configuration.

Agreed. Both share the same aftermarket Brembo brake kit front and rear. I am curious the story on the car. That kit tells me at least one of the previous owners was very vested in the car. Full kit is between $7-9k ballpark.

 

Maybe if it has engine problems then he needs to do a “mashup” with Hoovie for a “575 hooptie”! ;-)

I tried to make sense of what he was saying about the acceleration pedal position sensor, but the data was too disjointed (I couldn't match it to the F430 wiring which should be similar). On the 430, all wires on the sensor go back to the ECU.

I remember telling him in the comments section about the Maranello a few years ago when he was looking to replace his 360 or 430 (can't remember now). He responded but didn't sound persuaded as he wanted to stay with the V8 platform. Sounds like he got relegion now

So weird they take the cluster out to reprogram it to manual, as you can 100% do this over the OBD without needing to disturb it at all. Definitely a few different tools that can do this. If you're reading Dan, please comment.
