The point is, if you’re going to rely on red flags and SC make sure you don’t create pockets for cars to land in and make sure you have the means to get to them quickly.

Also forward/deceleration impact not as visually shocking as tumbling but sometimes more dangerous- Just ask Dale Earnhardt fans/family :(

Still bad optics. No one knew what he was saying, just what the camera showed. Should have been done privately whether lecturing or consoling.

Definitely another Halo save.....from skidding across the track upside down then sandwiched between the tire barrier-concrete backing and the fence.

This and the fact they tolerated all that BS negotiating to let LEC past earlier in the race. They look like a bunch of idiots.

In the end, Carlos and Charles are contracted employees of Scuderia Ferrari.
Yes Charles is right to be dissatisfied today and there are questions to be asked, but Binotto is a fair and principled man.

If they pitted both cars and something went wrong you'd criticize them for that. They split the strategy.

Unfortunate for Charles about the safety car, but, overall F was fair.

    We won.

Good for him. He could have passed Carlos. Take the win. I dont care about the management when he is driving. Sometimes you just need to make YOUR move eh? Carlos won. Charles lost. Bad luck etc etc. He was toooooooooooooooooooo much whining on the radio. Shut it and drive. If he is stronger SHOW IT and take the win. Carlos job is not to enhance Charles over all status. Not today. I have zero sympathy for either one. They raced and Carlos won.
Carlos not as fast as Charles - but he keeps a cool head and works hard and is aware tactically. Reminds me a bit of Rosberg. Smart but not as fast as others and the margin is thin between his pace and others. Works smarter to maximize results. Sometimes wins or a title can be possible vs a faster team mate. The team also will enable such results. Not always of course.

Im not at all blind to Max pace today. I think he wins with a sorted car as he displayed on start #1. He was going to swiftly disappear as he does.

I think he should have gotten driver. He can really shoe a car. Ferrari stunk up a race again.
